Job summary

Artivion, a medical device company headquartered near Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Material Coordinator to handle receiving, storage, and transacting materials between warehouses and the Receiving dock. You will ensure stock accuracy, rotate stock per FIFO/FEFO, and operate SAP-based workflows in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires lifting up to 65 lbs, good communication skills, and the ability to work on-site at our Kennesaw facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Detail oriented and organized work style is essential.
• Ability to lift 65 lbs multiple times per day is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle, receive, transport, store, and transact materials between warehouses and receiving dock.
• Operate and navigate SAP and other material control systems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Support offsite and main warehouse organization and housekeeping.
• Operate powered forklift and drive company vehicles as needed.
