Job summary

Artivion, Inc., headquartered near Atlanta, GA, is seeking a on-site Material Coordinator in Kennesaw to assist with receiving, storing and moving materials between on-site and off-site warehouses. You will ensure transaction accuracy in SAP, maintain stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and keep an organized workspace.

The role requires a high school diploma, good teamwork, clear verbal and written communication, and the ability to lift 65 lbs several times a day.

• Must meet Artivion’s requirements to be insured for driving company insured vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Use SAP, Outlook, and other systems to manage material movements.
• Accurately pull and transact daily supply orders using FIFO/FEFO.
• Transfer raw materials to and from the offsite warehouse.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through periodic counts.
• Operate powered forklift and drive company vehicles.
• Ensure materials are labeled per procedure and SOPs.
