Job summary

Grainger is hiring a Part-Time On-Site Service Representative for the Laramie, WY area. This 20-hour-a-week role covers Laramie, Sinclair and Rawlins with early morning shifts.

You will service multiple customer locations, stock products, and assist customers while supporting sales efforts. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 25–60 lbs are required, with equal opportunity employment statements included.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in selling or service environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 25 to 60 lbs and/or work in difficult positions.

Responsibilities

• Service multiple customer locations.
• Receive and stock purchased product in designated locations; ensure stocking levels.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain loyalty.
• Follow designated route and maintain route guides.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity and processes.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements.
• Assist in creating new orders by engaging with customers.
• Probes for customer needs and works with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings.
