Job summary

Grainger is hiring a Part-Time On-Site Service Representative for our Flagstaff Route. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7am–1pm, supporting multiple customer locations and stock management. You will engage with customers to identify product needs, follow routing plans, and help grow Grainger’s service offerings.

The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and proactive problem solving to maintain excellent service levels for MRO customers in the Flagstaff area.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in selling or service environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 25 to 60lbs and/ or work in difficult positions.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Collaborative and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Service multiple customer locations.
• Receive and stock purchased product in designated customer locations, ensure product stocking levels by scanning for ordering purposes as inventory is depleted.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain and promote customer loyalty.
• Follow designated route defined by routing software tools and maintain route guides.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, process, and cycle time.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements of the facility where the service is being provided.
• Help create new orders by engaging with customers to identify additional product needs
• Probe for customer needs during each site visit and works with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings
