Job summary

Pasona N A, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support a PCB sales and service operation. The role involves preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating with factory teams, and providing timely updates on delivery and technical requirements.

The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and eager to grow knowledge of PCB manufacturing and sales. On-site, full-time with competitive benefits and biannual bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, customer service, logistics, order management, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail oriented.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quotations in response to customer inquiries.
• Process purchase orders and coordinate order requirements with factory teams.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and provide timely updates on order status, delivery schedules, and technical requirements.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, pricing data, and order documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to support timely deliveries.
• Monitor sales activity, customer demand, and inventory needs.
• Maintain and update customer EDI portals as needed.
• Work with internal teams to resolve customer questions and order-related issues.
• Provide general sales and administrative support as needed.
