Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to verbally communicate effectively.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure; apply basic concepts of algebra and geometry.
• Read and interpret order instructions and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provides clerical and administrative support to the Inside Sales Manager.
• Provides sales support for the sales department, primarily focusing on data entry tasks.
• Creates and maintains files for new, current and internal company customers.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
