Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for a challenging on-site role in Spartanburg, SC. You will oversee hyperscale data center construction, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage safety, cost, and schedule, and ensure successful commissioning and turnover across all project phases.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in construction PM, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with Procore, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field or equivalent.
• 8+ years of construction project management experience on large-scale projects.
• 4+ years in a PM/Asst PM role on projects valued at $50M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of hyperscale data center construction from concept to completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to meet objectives.
• Provide day-to-day construction oversight across all project phases.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients; lead meetings and track actions.
• Review documents, manage change orders, and approve invoices and forecasts.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance; manage project controls and reporting.
• Lead commissioning and turnover; support utility coordination and infrastructure.
