Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale hyperscale data center construction in Spartanburg, SC. This on-site role requires coordinating owners, design teams, contractors, and utilities to deliver complex facilities safely, on schedule, and within budget.

You will manage all project phases from preconstruction through commissioning, ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards while driving continuous improvement and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction/manufacturing disciplines.
• Minimum of 8 years in construction project management for large-scale projects.
• 4+ years in PM/APM roles leading projects valued at $50M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of hyperscale data center projects from concept to completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk to achieve objectives.
• Provide day-to-day construction oversight across all project phases.
• Coordinate activities among architects, engineers, contractors, utilities and clients.
• Facilitate project meetings, document minutes, track actions, and report status.
