Job summary

Jacobs, in Spartanburg, South Carolina, seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead hyperscale data center construction from concept through turnover. This on-site role requires coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver safe, on-time facilities within budget.

You will manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, and change orders, ensure safety and quality, and apply Procore, Primavera P6, and MS Project across all project phases. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent.
• 8+ years in construction project management on large-scale programs.
• 4+ years as PM or Asst PM on projects valued at $50M+.
• Experience leading all phases of delivery and strong communication skills.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of hyperscale data center projects end-to-end.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to objectives.
• Provide day-to-day construction oversight across all phases.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Facilitate meetings, track actions, and report status to stakeholders.
• Review contracts, drawings, submittals, and change orders.
• Lead change management, contract invoices, and cost forecasts.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and commissioning readiness.
