Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for an on-site role in Spartanburg, SC. You will lead planning and delivery of hyperscale data center construction, coordinating across architects, engineers, and contractors to meet safety, schedule and budget targets.

Minimum 8 years of PM experience on large-scale projects, with 4+ years on $50M+ ventures. Procore, Primavera P6, and MS Project proficiency required. Travel and OSHA certification are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a construction-related field.
• 8+ years of construction project management experience on large-scale projects.
• 4+ years leading projects valued at $50M+.
• Experience across preconstruction to closeout phases.
• Strong scheduling, cost controls and contract administration.
• OSHA certification required.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of hyperscale data center construction.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk to objectives.
• Provide day-to-day construction oversight across phases.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and clients.
• Facilitate meetings, document minutes and track actions.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals and change orders.
