Job summary

Trane Supply is seeking a field technician support role for on-site HVAC installations and repairs. You will coordinate with team leaders and customers to understand requirements, forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize on-site work with the customer schedule.

The role involves assisting the technician, diagnosing and repairing equipment at customer locations, and maintaining safety and asset security. Prior HVAC exposure and technical training are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–2 years of HVAC experience is typical; technical training preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and handheld devices is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customer to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs.
• Assist the technician in diagnosing and repairing equipment at the customer’s location.
• Uphold safety standards and manage company assets and tools on site.
