Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an on-site HVAC Technician to support installations and repairs. You will coordinate with project leaders, diagnose equipment at customer sites, and use standard software and tools to ensure quality work.

You should have a high school diploma and up to two years in HVAC; EPA certification is preferred. A strong emphasis on safety, physical work, and flexibility for overtime, including weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 0-2 years of experience in HVAC.
• EPA Certification preferred (e.g. HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customer to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs.
• Assist Technician; identify, diagnose and repair equipment at customer locations.
• Use software and tools following blueprints or specs to diagnose and repair units.
• Maintain safety standards and support overtime/weekend work when needed.
• Record use and condition of assets to ensure security and accountability.
