Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Rental Helper to perform maintenance and repair of accessory boxes at customer sites and assist HVAC Technicians with turnkey field projects. You’ll support inventory, shipping/receiving, and shop upkeep, with occasional overnight travel.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, proficiency with Microsoft Office and handheld devices, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. This on-site position offers an hourly pay range and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical school certificate optional.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and handheld computer usage.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair accessory boxes, incl. cable, hoses, and ducting.
• Assist HVAC Technician with maintenance and turnkey field projects.
• Support shipping/receiving, inventory, and shop housekeeping.
• Overtime and occasional overnight travel may be required; uphold safety standards.
