Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Mobile HVAC/R Engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and related systems across on-site facilities in Traverse City, MI and Sault Ste. Marie, MI.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, energy efficiency, and reliability, with a requirement for a valid driver’s license and CMMS experience. Excellent problem-solving and multi-trade skills are essential for daily maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems and energy efficiency practices.
• Experience with CMMS for work orders and maintenance tracking.
• Two years of trades training or apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC/R systems at facilities.
• Inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, and production equipment.
• Utilize Corrigo CMMS to log work and update status in real time.
• Identify energy efficiency improvements and safety considerations.
• Respond to call-ins and support ongoing operations as needed.
