Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing systems in Martinsville, VA area. You will work toward energy efficiency, perform preventive maintenance, and document conditions impacting client occupancy.

You must have HVAC/R expertise, CMMS familiarity, and a high school diploma. This on-site role requires a valid driver's license and on-call availability, with compensation in the stated annual

Qualifications

• HVAC/R and related systems maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across building equipment.
• Must be able to read and interpret designs and specs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain and repair HVAC/R, electrical distribution, plumbing, and related equipment.
• Use CMMS to update work orders and record-keeping.
• Be available for on-call duties as required.
