Job summary

JLL in Toledo, OH is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing and production equipment across assigned facilities. You will focus on energy efficiency, reliability, and safety while reducing downtime through proactive repairs.

Responsibilities include completing preventive and repair work orders, maintaining HVAC/R systems, using CMMS like Corrigo, and documenting work in real time. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• 4+ years of technical building engineering experience with strong HVAC/R, plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on mechanical, electrical and other systems.
• Maintain and repair HVAC/R systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution and plumbing.
• Inspect facilities and report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Update work order status in real time and use CMMS for all work performed.
• Possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license; be available for call-in shifts.
