Job summary

TEL Staffing & HR is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for an on-site role. You will support the CHRO with HR administrative tasks, unemployment hearings, FMLA coordination, and compliance activities.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED with related HR experience and a willingness to handle confidential information. SHRM or HRCI certification is preferred, and benefits are offered to full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED plus two years of related experience or equivalent.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research, prepare, and attend unemployment hearings including related appeals.
• Manage the FMLA cycle to ensure time tracking, notices, approvals and denials are completed timely and accurately.
• Provide monthly unemployment reports to CHRO.
• Field/Answer calls from clients and employees with HR issues and questions.
• Assist CHRO with HR projects, investigations, and other HR functions.
