Job summary

Chrysalis Psychiatry in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes on-site. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a small or mid-sized organization.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; Asure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer established HR policies, procedures, forms, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Coordinate recruiting activities with hiring managers, including postings, interviews, and onboarding.
