Chrysalis Psychiatry in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to manage daily HR operations, policy administration, and confidential employee records. You will serve as a resource for staff and managers on benefits, leave, payroll, HR systems, and compliance, reporting to the COO.

The role covers recruitment, onboarding, separation, wellness programs, and safety initiatives, with a focus on maintaining strong relationships and a compliant, respectful workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years progressive HR experience.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Healthcare or behavioral healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR policies and employee lifecycle processes.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and separations.
• Administer HRIS, payroll, and benefits.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and employee relations.
• Engage employees and coordinate special programs.
