Job summary

Chrysalis Psychiatry in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Financial Controller to lead all accounting operations and provide strategic financial guidance to the COO and executive team. You will manage accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, revenue cycle oversight, payroll coordination, and internal controls while partnering with HR and external advisors to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years progressive accounting/financial management experience.
• Healthcare or small-to-mid-sized organization experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR and month-end close.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and maintain complete financial records.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
• Monitor revenue cycle and provider compensation processes.
• Coordinate payroll and tax-related financial activities with HR and external providers.
• Maintain banking relationships and assist with audits and regulatory filings.
