Job summary

Southwest Women’s Oncology is seeking an HR Coordinator in Albuquerque, NM. This role supports onboarding, offboarding, benefits enrollment, HRIS, and payroll processes to keep the practice compliant and smoothly operating.

You will collaborate with the HR Director, HR Generalist, and department managers to ensure accurate records, timely tasks, and strong employee relations in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–3 years HR or related administrative experience.
• Working knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding logistics and documentation.
• Administer benefits enrollment and changes; coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain HRIS and personnel records; generate routine reports.
• Support payroll and timekeeping; assist with discrepancies.
• Track compliance training, postings, and audits; assist credentialing as needed.
