Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field preferred; equivalent HR experience may be considered.
• 2-3 years of progressive HR experience, with onboarding, records, and compliance exposure.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, detailed and confidential HR matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR point for onboarding, delivering professional, solutions-focused support.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding to ensure compliant, positive experiences for employees and contractors.
• Track onboarding documentation for accuracy and compliance across records.
• Monitor licensure, certifications, credentials, and required documentation for regulations.
• Audit HR records, training, and data integrity in HR systems and platforms.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and onboarding requirements.
• Own assigned HR projects from planning to completion with deadlines and risk tracking.
• Maintain HR SOPs, workflows, and best practices for consistency and accountability.
