Job summary

Jsr Associates in Minnesota is seeking an HR Generalist/Payroll on-site to support daily HR and payroll operations for our Warehouse and Production plants. You will administer benefits, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, maintain personnel records, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

You will partner with finance and leadership to ensure accurate reporting and a positive employee experience while handling confidential information with discretion in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in daily HR operations and employee lifecycle support.
• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and documentation standards.
• Experience administering employee benefits programs.
• Payroll processes, time and attendance systems, and HRIS.
• Attention to detail and handling confidential information.
• Strong communication with a service-oriented approach.
• On-site work with cross-functional collaboration.
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
