Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years of HR experience with demonstrated ability to operate independently.
• Manufacturing or multi‑shift environment experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Minnesota labor laws or ability to quickly develop expertise.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; Kronos/UKG experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills with high integrity and commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an approachable presence on the production floor across assigned shifts.
• Build relationships to support a positive, inclusive culture.
• Lead local employee engagement, wellness, and recognition initiatives.
• Support timekeeping, payroll adjustments, and questions on leave policies.
• Audit time‑collection systems and partner with supervisors to resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate hiring needs and onboarding for production roles.
• Facilitate on‑site orientation and proper documentation handling.
• Promote safe workplace behaviors and support site‑level safety initiatives.
