Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking an On-site Talent Lead/HRBP for our Litchfield, AZ Distribution Center to partner with operations leaders, build high-performing teams, and champion a culture where Team Members feel cared for and valued.

You will advise on employment law, manage HR processes, support payroll, and drive change management while upholding Chick-fil-A's care and excellence values.

Qualifications

• 3 years HR-related experience, including at least 1 year in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of general HR policies, procedures, and practices.
• Ability to build relationships and influence across multiple operations.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Occasional travel, including overnight trips.
• Experience with investigations (accidents and harassment).
• Experience recruiting and developing a diverse team.
• Understanding of labor legislation.
• Ability to lead through change management.
• Proficient English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment initiatives to staff DC operations, including coordinating interviews and logistics.
• Oversee HR records management and provide data insights for KPIs.
• Drive employee engagement and implement culture initiatives.
• Advise leaders on employment law, performance management, and policies.
• Oversee payroll administration and issue resolution for staff and leaders.
• Stay aware of market-driven compensation trends.
• Ensure legal compliance with federal and state requirements.
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions.
