Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent in HR/business
• 5+ years in HR within manufacturing or warehousing
• Experience in union environments preferred; capable of handling employee relations

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of HR contact for the plant (~80 employees)
• Coach leaders through employee relations, performance conversations, and conflicts
• Collaborate with corporate HR on union grievances and labor relations
• Drive site-level recruiting, onboarding, and retention
• Ensure employment law and policy compliance on site
• Maintain visibility on the production floor for HR access
• Assist with HR system rollouts and process improvements
• Report site trends and concerns to HR leadership
