Job summary

Your Talent Team seeks an on-site HR Business Partner for a Pittsburgh-region plant. You will partner with plant management and spend real time on the floor with hourly and salaried staff in Oakmont, PA.

The role offers a path to HR oversight across multiple sites and a comprehensive benefits package. Location is on-site with a competitive compensation package including a bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in HR within manufacturing or warehousing.
• Union environment experience preferred; strong candidates without it who can pick it up will be considered.
• Able to handle sensitive employee matters independently and judiciously escalate when needed.
• Local candidates only; relocation is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of HR contact for a plant of roughly 80 employees.
• Coach plant leaders through employee relations issues, performance conversations, and conflict.
• Work alongside corporate HR on union grievances and labor relations.
• Drive site-level recruiting, onboarding, and retention.
• Keep the site in line with employment law and company policy.
• Stay visible on the production floor so employees know who to come to.
• Help roll out HR systems and process improvements.
• Report site trends and concerns up to HR leadership.
