Management Performance Associates seeks an on-site HR Business Partner for a Pittsburgh region plant in Oakmont, PA. You will be the go-to HR resource, partnering with plant management and spending real time with hourly and salaried staff.

The role offers a path to broader HR oversight across multiple sites, with a compensation range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Local candidates only; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for this role.
• 5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing or warehousing.
• Local candidates only; relocation not offered.
• Union environment experience preferred.
• Experience with HRIS implementations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single HR contact for a plant of ~80 employees.
• Coach plant leaders on employee relations, performance, and conflicts.
• Partner with corporate HR on union grievances and labor relations.
• Drive site-level recruiting, onboarding, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and company policy.
• Maintain visibility on the production floor for access.
• Assist rollout of HR systems and process improvements.
• Report site trends and concerns to HR leadership.
