Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC in Oakmont, PA is seeking an on-site HR Business Partner for a consumer products manufacturing plant. The role involves partnering with plant management, supporting roughly 80 hourly and salaried staff, and serving as the go-to HR resource at the site.

The position reports to HR leadership and offers a comprehensive benefits package with a path to broader HR oversight across multiple sites in the longer term.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing or warehousing.
• Union environment experience preferred; candidates without it may be considered if capable.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee matters independently and know when to escalate.
• Ability to build trust from production floor to front office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of HR contact for a plant of about 80 employees.
• Coach plant leaders through employee relations issues, performance conversations, and conflict.
• Collaborate with corporate HR on union grievances and labor relations.
• Drive site-level recruiting, onboarding, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and company policy.
• Maintain visibility on the production floor as the HR point of contact.
• Assist rolling out HR systems and process improvements.
• Report site trends and concerns up to HR leadership.
