Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of HR contact for a plant of about 80 employees.
• Coach plant leaders through employee relations, performance discussions, and conflicts.
• Partner with corporate HR on union grievances and labor relations.
• Drive site-level recruiting, onboarding, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and company policy.
• Maintain presence on the production floor to be accessible to employees.
• Assist roll-out of HR systems and process improvements.
• Report site trends and concerns to HR leadership.
