Job summary

Contemporary Management Concepts (CMC) is seeking a Human Resources Manager for an on-site, Gainesville, FL role. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle across corporate and on-property teams, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

You will develop HR policies, ensure compliance with employment laws, and coordinate benefits and compensation, while maintaining records and supporting workplace safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in core HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations)
• Knowledge of employment law, compliance, and policy development in multi-site orgs
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and coaching abilities
• Ability to manage HR data, records, and reporting with HRIS or similar systems
• Experience with benefits administration, compensation, and payroll coordination is strongly preferred
• Background in property management, real estate, or hospitality is beneficial but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
• Capacity to work on-site in Gainesville, FL, and support multiple locations
