Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Gainesville is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Coordinator to be the on-site HR presence, coordinating the full scope of hospital HR operations with centralized HR partners. You’ll support caregivers, leaders, and operations while aligning with enterprise HR functions.

The role emphasizes payroll, benefits, onboarding, and data integrity within a fast-paced healthcare environment, offering growth and a mission-driven workplace focused on patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field required.
• 2 years Human Resources experience required.
• Healthcare experience or knowledge of Joint Commission/CMS is a plus.
• Familiarity with benefit administration, payroll, and employment laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate day-to-day HR operations at the hospital level, ensuring high-quality execution across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with HR Shared Services to deliver payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, employee data, and HR administration support.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and service-oriented resource for employees and leaders.
• Coordinate payroll processing, timekeeping, and data integrity.
• Drive and support talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
