Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Gainesville is seeking a hands-on HR Coordinator to support hospital operations and partner with our HR Shared Services team. This full-time on-site role focuses on payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, and employee data management.

As the on-site HR presence, you will balance operational execution with relationship-building, ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field required.
• 2 years Human Resources experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate day-to-day HR operations at the hospital level, ensuring high-quality execution across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner closely with HR Shared Services to deliver payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, employee data, and HR administration support.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and service-oriented resource for employees and leaders.
• Coordinate payroll processing, timekeeping, and data integrity.
• Drive and support talent acquisition efforts, including onboarding and workforce planning support.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws, licensing requirements, and regulatory standards.
