Job summary

Evolution Research Group in Miami is seeking a Human Resources Operations Manager to lead on-site HR services for the Clinical Pharmacology of Miami site. You will partner with Corporate HR, managers, and external providers to manage onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, compliance, and data integrity across the employee lifecycle.

The role requires a minimum of five years in HR, a Bachelor's degree, and hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressive HR experience required.
• Experience with employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site HR representative for CPMI in Miami.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a positive experience.
• Guide orientation, training coordination, and two-week onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records in ADP Workforce Now.
• Support HR systems optimization and data integrity across processes.
• Assist with recruitment activity and candidate evaluation.
• Support performance management and employee development.
• Conduct workplace investigations and resolve employee concerns.
• Administer and track performance review processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Facilitate employee engagement and site culture initiatives.
• Provide guidance on benefits, leave programs, and workers' compensation.
• Identify opportunities to automate HR tasks and improve efficiency.
• Occasional travel may be required; role is on-site four days a week.
