Island Oaks RV Resort seeks a Human Resources Generalist – Talent & Employee Experience Leader to own full-cycle recruiting and drive employee engagement on-site. This role partners with resort leadership to influence culture, workforce planning, and HR operations in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of HR experience, strong sourcing skills, and expertise in employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for resort roles (hospitality, operations, maintenance, F&B, guest services, seasonal staff).
• Manage employee relations, coaching, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Drive onboarding, engagement, and retention programs; support performance management and compliance.
