Job summary

Host Hotels & Resorts is seeking an HR Manager to partner with leaders, balance strategic oversight with hands-on HR operations, and drive an excellent employee experience.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting, advise managers on employee relations and performance, manage performance and talent development, and optimize HR processes using data and technology to support Host’s EPIC values and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• At least five (5) years of progressive HR Generalist experience, including serving as a business partner and full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience advising managers on employee relations and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across corporate functions from sourcing through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and candidate experience.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
• Support performance management process and talent planning with data insights.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate analytics for workforce decisions.
• Ensure confidentiality and uphold company policies in handling employee information.
• Drive process improvements with technology and automation in HR operations.
