Job summary

Trailborn Jackson Hole is seeking an On-Site Human Resources Manager to partner with resort leadership, oversee HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, training, compliance, and employee engagement.

Based in Jackson, WY, the role reports to the Director of People & Culture, offers a salary range of $60,000–$65,000 per year, and requires 2–5 years in HR and hospitality experience; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Human Resources experience.
• Hospitality or hotel experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred; ability to communicate with a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily HR operations in partnership with leadership.
• Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and benefits inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment regulations.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, and recordkeeping.
• Support employee communications and engagement activities.
• Assist with training and leadership development programs.
