Job summary

Jobot is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations, support employees across multiple locations, and drive recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.

The role oversees HR initiatives, partners with leadership, and ensures smooth HR processes across sites. Salary is $70K–$80K per year, on-site, with DOE plus comprehensive benefits and 401k with up to 5% match.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or substantial HR experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and lifecycle activities.
• Serve as primary resource for employee relations and workplace matters.
• Oversee performance management and support employee development.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Maintain HRIS data, reporting, and employee documentation.
• Support payroll, benefits, and other day-to-day HR operations.
• Partner with leadership across multiple locations on HR initiatives and workforce needs.
