Job summary

Jobot in Milwaukee is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Generalist to lead day-to-day HR operations, support employees across multiple locations, and drive recruiting, employee relations, and compliance.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, performance management, HRIS, payroll support, and partner with leadership to address workforce needs. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong employment law and HR compliance knowledge.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Employee relations and performance management experience.
• HRIS and reporting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field OR substantial relevant HR experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
• Serve as a primary resource for employee relations and workplace matters
• Oversee performance management and support managers with employee development
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Maintain HRIS data, reporting, and employee documentation
• Support payroll, benefits, and other day-to-day HR operations
• Partner with leadership across multiple locations on HR initiatives and workforce needs
