Job summary

Jobot is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager in Hartland, Wisconsin to lead day-to-day HR operations and support employees across locations. You will oversee recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and performance management while partnering with leadership.

In this role you will manage full-cycle recruiting, HRIS data, and payroll support, ensuring policy compliance and a positive employee experience. Strong employment law and multi-site HR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Strong employment law and HR compliance knowledge.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Employee relations and performance management experience.
• HRIS and reporting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field OR substantial relevant experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Serve as a primary resource for employee relations and workplace matters.
• Oversee performance management and support managers with employee development.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Maintain HRIS data, reporting, and employee documentation.
• Support payroll, benefits, and other day-to-day HR operations.
• Partner with leadership across multiple locations on HR initiatives and workforce needs.
