Job summary

Jobot is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations, support employees across multiple locations, and drive recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.

This full-time on-site role partners with leadership, maintains HRIS data, and ensures compliance with employment laws. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or substantial HR experience is required.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
Strong employment law and HR compliance knowledge.
Full-cycle recruiting experience.
Employee relations and performance management experience.
HRIS and reporting experience.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field OR substantial relevant HR experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
Serve as a primary resource for employee relations and workplace matters.
Oversee performance management and support managers with employee development.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Maintain HRIS data, reporting, and employee documentation.
Support payroll, benefits, and other day-to-day HR operations.
Partner with leadership across multiple locations on HR initiatives and workforce needs.
