Mittera Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR programs for our manufacturing operations on site.

You will drive recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and policy development to support both employees and business goals. You will partner with managers to implement talent strategies, guide employee relations, and ensure legal compliance across federal, state, and local requirements.

Competenze

• Associate degree in HR or related field required.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification highly desired.
• Minimum two years HR management experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Partner with business unit leadership to develop and execute HR and talent strategies.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
• Conduct workplace investigations and document findings per policies and laws.
• Advise management on employment decisions and terminations ensuring policy compliance.
• Serve as liaison between corporate HR and business unit to align HR programs.
• Oversee talent acquisition including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
