Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Manager, Human Resources for an onsite, Monday–Friday role requiring flexibility for a multi-shift operation. You will manage HR activities across employment, compensation, benefits, training, and employee services to attract, retain, and develop the workforce it needs to achieve business objectives.

You will lead HR services at the location, advise managers, coach staff on policy interpretation, support recruitment, training, and ensure wage equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4+ years of experience in Human Resources roles.
• Knowledge of federal & state HR laws and policies.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of HR services, policies, and programs at the location.
• Advise local managers on HR issues.
• Coach employees and managers on HR policies.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Conduct training needs assessments and develop programs.
• Administer job evaluations, compensation, and wage policies.
• Assist with Worker’s Compensation issues and return-to-work processes.
• Represent the company at unemployment hearings when needed.
