Canadian Solar is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for our Jeffersonville, IN location. You will manage onboarding/offboarding, conduct company-wide training, and advise employees on benefits, payroll, and resources.

The role emphasizes data-driven HR reporting and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 2+ years of manufacturing/ops HR experience, strong analytics, and proficiency in HRIS systems like ADP or Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in manufacturing/operations.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as ADP or Workday; strong data reporting skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local HR laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Conduct company-wide training and prepare training materials.
• Serve as point of contact for employee benefits, payroll, and resources guidance.
• Prepare and generate reports on HR metrics to support decision making.
• Analyze data to identify trends in turnover, recruitment, and performance management.
