Job summary

All Energy Solar is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our onsite team in Saint Paul, MN. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources and balances admin with strategic HR initiatives across benefits, HRIS, onboarding, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of Paycor HCM, and a commitment to confidentiality in a growing renewable energy environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience (coordinator or generalist).
• High school diploma or GED; an Associate's degree in HR or related discipline preferred.
• Experience managing benefits and working with external broker agencies.
• Strong HRIS proficiency, preferably Paycor HCM.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR point of contact for benefits inquiries and claims handling.
• Coordinate with brokers on plan renewals and open enrollment periods.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes across HRIS.
• Produce HR analytics: headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, benefits engagement.
• Support compliance with employment laws and EEOC reporting.
• Assist with performance appraisals and employee relations.
