Job summary

CS Power Systems, a cutting-edge division of Canadian Solar, is hiring an HR Business Partner for its Jeffersonville, Indiana location. The role manages onboarding/offboarding, benefits guidance, and HR reporting to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a manufacturing/operations environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Experience in generating HR reports and familiarity with HRIS systems (ADP, Workday).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee relations.
Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local HR laws and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
Perform companywide training and prepare training materials.
Serve as point of contact for employee benefits, payroll and company resources guidance.
Prepare and generate reports on HR metrics to support strategic decision making.
Conduct data analysis to identify turnover, recruitment, and performance trends.
