Job summary

Indydio in Indianapolis is seeking an HR Generalist to manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, benefits, records, and payroll support while analyzing HR data to drive decisions.

Requirements include an Associate's or Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; PHR certification preferred. In-office role with 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full-cycle recruitment process, including posting jobs, interviewing, and hiring
• Conduct new hire orientation and ensure onboarding
• Assist with benefits administration and enrollment
• Update and maintain employee records
• Support payroll when needed
• Create and generate HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
