Job summary

DuraServ is seeking a Human Resources Generalist II to drive onboarding, HR analytics, and scalable programs from our Coppell, TX on-site location. You will own the new hire orientation, manage ADP Workforce Now, and turn workforce data into strategic insights for leadership.

In this role you’ll streamline HR workflows with AI-enabled automation, partner with managers, and support acquisitions and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• 2+ years of HR experience with knowledge of HR practices and confidentiality.
• Experience with HCM platforms, preferably ADP Workforce Now, and MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Own the New Hire Orientation and Onboarding Program.
• Configure and maintain HR analytics dashboards and reports.
• Coach on ADP Workforce Now self-service features and workflow improvements.
• Provide HR support and cross-functional partnership to business lines.
• Oversee HR vendors and participate in special projects and acquisitions.
