Job summary

DuraServ is seeking a Human Resources Generalist at our Coppell, TX corporate office to advance onboarding, orientation, and the employee experience. You will own the new hire process, serve as the ADP Workforce Now expert, and drive HR analytics that forecast workforce needs.

In this role you’ll implement AI-enabled workflows to cut admin tasks, partner with managers, and support growth initiatives across eight U.S. regions as the organization scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is required
• 2+ years HR experience with knowledge of HR practices and confidentiality requirements
• Experience with HCM platforms, e.g., ADP Workforce Now, is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, reporting tools, digital workflows, and AI-enabled solutions

Responsibilities

• Own the Team Member Experience by leading onboarding and orientation programs
• Drive technology and analytics by configuring HR dashboards and optimizing ADP Workforce Now usage
• Support HR operations and growth through cross-functional partnerships and vendor oversight
