Job summary

Platform Science, Inc. seeks a data-driven HR Generalist to own onboarding/offboarding, HRIS admin, and employee lifecycle check-ins, ensuring compliant, people-first experiences.

You will manage ADP Workforce Now, Enboarder onboarding workflows, and partner with PX team on employee engagement while handling inquiries and file management.

This role requires a BA in HR/Business and 2–3 years HR experience, with strong confidentiality and ability to manage high volume and competing priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of general HR experience.
• Experience administering ADP Workforce Now.
• Experience with onboarding/offboarding platforms like Enboarder.
• Strong confidentiality and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding and offboarding workflows for employees and contractors.
• Administer ADP Workforce Now and other HR technology systems.
• Respond to employee inquiries and support PX programs.
• Review and process location-specific mail and documentation.
• Host onboarding orientation meetings and verify I-9s.
• Manage employee lifecycle events (promotions, transfers, status changes).
• Prepare HR reports and maintain intranet content.
